This hiking route takes you to the beautiful area surrounding the Rifugio Sandro Occhi all'Aviolo. The trail is a 3.224-kilometer out-and-back route with an elevation gain of 504 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

Along the trail, you will find some points of interest. At the beginning of the route, there is a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting your hike. About midway through the hike, you will come across a drinking water source where you can refill your water bottles and stay hydrated.

One of the highlights of this route is the Rifugio Sandro Occhi all'Aviolo, an alpine hut where you can take a break, enjoy a meal, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding area. The hut is located 1.61 kilometers from the start of the trail, so it's a perfect spot to rest on the way back.
