The trail starts at a parking area conveniently located at the trailhead. As you set off on your journey, you will come across the picturesque picnic site named Malga Casentia, about 4.4 kilometers from the start. This spot is perfect for a break where you can enjoy some snacks while taking in the surrounding natural beauty.

Continuing onwards, at around 2.1 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter another lovely picnic site called Plot Campana. This is a great spot to rest and refuel before tackling the remaining distance to Monte Marser.

As you push yourself further along the trail, you will reach the peak of Monte Marser at approximately 6.74 kilometers, offering breathtaking panoramic views as a reward for your efforts. Take your time here to soak in the stunning vistas before beginning your descent.

On the way back, around the 6.04 kilometer mark, you will pass by Passo del Coppetto, a saddle point that adds a unique element to the landscape.

Throughout the hike, it is important to stay hydrated, especially as you will find a drinking water station located at the 1 kilometer mark to refill your supplies.
