Welcome to the hiking route in Tichá dolina! This extremely difficult 14.238-kilometer circular trail features an elevation gain of 1180.0 meters and is estimated to take approximately 6 hours and 14 minutes to complete.
The hike starts at Mala Laka parking, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this challenging adventure. As you begin your journey, you will pass by the historic boundary stones of SK/PL, marking the border between Slovakia and Poland.
Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will come across an information point providing insights into the natural surroundings. As you continue, you will reach the peak of Malolučniak / Małołączniak, offering stunning panoramic views of the area.
Midway through the hike, you will find the peak of Ratusz Litworowy and the viewpoint of Kobylarz, both offering unique perspectives of the landscape. Be sure to stop by the wayside cross and information points scattered throughout the trail to learn more about the area.
For the adventurous souls, there are cave entrances to explore, such as Jaskinia Litworowa Wielka, Bliźniaczy Komin, Jaskinia w Trawie, Niebieska Studnia, Jaskinia Wyżnia Litworowa, and Awen w Ratuszu. These hidden gems provide a deeper connection to the natural wonders of Tichá dolina.
As you near the end of the trail, take a moment to visit the peaks of Kobylarzowa Turnia, Kierpcówka, and Rapasiowa Turnia before reaching the endpoint at Tichá dolina viewpoint.
