This extremely difficult 13.548 km hiking route will lead you to the breathtaking Cima ZIS peak. Starting at the parking area, you will soon come across Lago della Duchessa, a picturesque water feature just 4.8 km from the beginning of the trail. As you continue your journey, you will encounter various shelters such as Bivacco Gigi Panei, strategically placed along the route to provide resting spots for hikers.

Along the way, you will also find amenities like BBQ areas and drinking water stations, ensuring you stay hydrated and energized throughout the hike. The trail offers a total elevation gain of 1155.0 meters, so be prepared for a challenging ascent.

Midway through the hike, at around 6.77 km from the start, you will reach the stunning Cima ZIS peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you make your way back, make sure to stop by Vado dell'Asina saddle and the information point at 0.39 km from the start for additional insights about the area.
