This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is an out-and-back route, with a total distance of 7.904 kilometers and an elevation gain of 726 meters, making it a difficult hike that will test your endurance.
As you start your adventure, you will pass by a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Be sure to start early and bring plenty of water, as this hike will take approximately 3 hours and 38 minutes to complete. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. About 0.08 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water station to refill your water bottle. Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.17 kilometers, there is a restaurant called "Il caminetto" where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat.
Midway through the hike, at a distance of 3.95 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Monte Cagno, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. Another point of interest, Quota 2150, is located at the same distance, providing you with a sense of accomplishment as you reach the highest point of the trail.
