This hiking route will take you to the stunning Dent de Valerette area, offering beautiful views and a moderate level of difficulty. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.949 kilometers and an elevation gain of 412 meters, taking approximately 1 hour and 42 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across the charming La Gouile water feature, located 1.26 kilometers from the trail starting point. Further along the trail at 0.35 kilometers, you will find an information point to learn more about the area.

Midway through your hike, at 1.47 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Refuge de Valerette shelter for a resting spot. Additionally, the Dent de Valerette peak will be at the same location, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

For those seeking adventure, there is a free flying site named Chindonne, offering takeoff opportunities, located right at the beginning of the trail.

As you make your way back, you can stop by the Auberge de Chindonne restaurant, situated 0.04 kilometers from the starting point, to refuel and relax after your hike.
