This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Dent de Valère, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 7.155 kilometers and an elevation gain of 622 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across La Gouile, a water feature located 1.26 kilometers from the trail. Further along at 1.66 kilometers, you will reach Refuge de Valerette, a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. For those interested in free flying, Chindonne offers a takeoff site located right at the beginning of the trail.
During your hike, be sure to stay hydrated by filling up your water bottle at the drinking water point 2.49 kilometers from the start.
