The Pustertaler Almweg is a delightful circular hiking trail that spans approximately 4.17 kilometers with an elevation gain of 251 meters, taking around 1 hour and 35 minutes to complete. This moderate difficulty hike offers stunning alpine views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
Starting at the designated parking area, you will begin your journey along the well-marked trail. As you make your way through the picturesque alpine landscape, be sure to stop by the Huber Kaser alpine hut located 1.36 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy some local refreshments.
About 1.31 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a natural spring, providing a perfect opportunity to refill your water bottle. Along the trail, you will also find several benches and viewpoints where you can rest and take in the breathtaking scenery.
