This extremely difficult 38.738-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will lead you through a challenging yet rewarding journey in the scenic area of Tamerlanhöhe.
As you begin your hike, you'll pass by various points of interest such as Café VITHAL, a cozy spot located right at the start of the trail where you can grab a quick drink before setting off. Along the way, you'll also come across Daprakreuz, a historic wayside cross that marks the 5.39-kilometer point of the trail.
Further into the hike, at around 7.51 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter a breathtaking waterfall known as Keil Waterfall, providing a refreshing stop amidst the challenging terrain. Continuing on, you'll reach Gumpedall and Hals, two natural peaks at 17.2 and 15.88 kilometers from the start, respectively, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
The trail will also lead you to Kofel, another peak at the 7.43-kilometer mark, and Kofelpaß, a natural saddle at 8.36 kilometers from the start, providing unique geographical landmarks along the way.
