This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Lauriñaga. The trail is 6.11 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 279 meters, making it of moderate difficulty. It is estimated to take about 2 hours and 6 minutes to complete.
As you begin your journey, you will pass by several points of interest. At the very start, there are parking facilities available for your convenience. Further along the trail, you will come across the boundary stones of Mugarrien, dating back to historic times. These stones mark the boundaries of the area and add a sense of mystery to your hike.
Midway through the route, you will encounter the peaks of Atxistoi, Txapelarri, and Lauriñaga, each offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. These peaks provide a great opportunity to take a break, catch your breath, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
