This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful natural surroundings of Valle dell'Inferno, starting and ending at Rifugio di Pietra Acquara. The route covers a distance of 10.655 kilometers with an elevation gain of 839 meters, making it a difficult trail that will take approximately 4 hours and 33 minutes to complete.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by Camping Lo Schioppo, a campsite located just 66 meters from the trail. You can also explore Riserva Naturale Zompo Lo Schioppo, a natural reserve with a parking area just 17 meters from the trailhead.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Valle dell'Inferno, a spring and viewpoint located 5.32 kilometers from the start. Nearby, you can visit Colle Capanna, a peak offering stunning views, although it is slightly off the main trail.

Continuing on, you will encounter Fonte della Volpe, a refreshing spring just 250 meters from the starting point. Further along the trail, you will come across La Cimetta, another peak that is 3.9 kilometers from the beginning of the route.
