This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route in Bohinj covers a distance of 21.804 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1843 meters, taking approximately 9 hours and 39 minutes to complete.
The trail starts at the designated parking area and from there, hikers will venture into the rugged terrain of the area. Along the way, at the beginning of the hike, you will come across the Kamba restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat or refill your water bottles. Further along the trail, there is a drinking water station for hikers to stay hydrated.
As you continue on the trail, you will encounter the Zimska soba shelter, providing a resting spot for weary hikers.
