Welcome to the Tolminka - Prehodci hiking route! This moderate 5.75-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a scenic adventure through the beautiful countryside.

Starting off, you will find a parking area conveniently located right at the beginning of the trail to leave your vehicle before embarking on your journey. As you make your way along the path, you will come across an information point providing insights into the local area, just 0.53 kilometers from the start.

Further along the trail, at the 0.57-kilometer mark, you will spot a bench where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, nearby, at 2.87 kilometers into the hike, there is a viewpoint that offers breathtaking views of the landscape.

As you continue your hike, you will encounter a monument with historical significance at the 0.08-kilometer mark, providing a glimpse into the past of the area. Further ahead, at 1.36 kilometers from the start, you will find more information points to learn more about the surroundings.

Throughout the hike, be sure to bring an ample water supply and check the weather forecast before setting out. The trail covers a total elevation gain of 175 meters and will take approximately 1 hour and 46 minutes to complete.
