This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a 15.691-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 931 meters, lasting approximately 5 hours and 57 minutes. The trail starts at La Peyre and offers breathtaking views of the natural surroundings.

As you begin your hike, you will come across a parking area within close proximity to the trail. It is recommended to start early in the day and bring plenty of water and snacks as the trail can be challenging.

About 2 kilometers into the hike, you will find a small water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle. Along the way, you will pass by the stunning Cascade de Magenta waterfall, located approximately 1.68 kilometers from the start of the trail.

Midway through your hike, at a distance of 7.85 kilometers, you will reach the peak known as La Peyre. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes before heading back the way you came.
