The trail starts at Parkplatz Ruetz Katarakt, where you can park your vehicle before beginning your hike. As you make your way along the 6.24-kilometer route, you will come across various points of interest.

Approximately 0.77 kilometers from the start, you will see a historic wayside cross that adds a touch of cultural significance to your journey. Further along the trail, at about 0.52 kilometers in, you will reach the Aussichtsplattform Langetaler Wasserfall, a viewpoint where you can pause to admire the beauty of the waterfall.

It is important to note that this hike has a difficulty level of "Difficult" due to the 665 meters of elevation gain. Make sure to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.

Along the way, you will also find benches at various points for resting and enjoying the surroundings. Additionally, there are information points that provide insights into the area's history and natural features.
