This challenging 9.565-kilometer hike will take you approximately 4 hours to complete, leading you through the stunning landscape of Lohnspitz. The trail starts at Wanderparkplatz Alpe Gamp, where you can park your vehicle for free. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before setting out.

As you begin your hike, you'll come across an information point just a few meters from the trailhead. This will provide you with some interesting insights into the area. Further along the trail, at a distance of 3.46 kilometers from the start, you'll find Berghaus Mattajoch, a cozy restaurant where you can rest and refuel.

Continuing on, you'll pass by Vordergamp, a historic wayside cross located 3.48 kilometers into the hike. This spot adds a touch of cultural significance to your journey. Along the way, you'll also come across benches where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning views.

The highlight of the hike is reaching Lohnspitz, a natural peak located 4.44 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After taking some time to soak in the beauty of Lohnspitz, you'll make your way back to the starting point, completing the circular route.
