Welcome to the hiking route to the First Lake Overlook in a beautiful area surrounded by nature. This 2.484 km route offers a relatively easy hike with an elevation gain of 73 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will pass by the Three Peaks Lodge, a cozy restaurant where you can grab a meal before or after your hike. Further along the trail, you will come across King of the Mountain Cafe, a perfect spot to recharge with a hot beverage.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Loch Lomond, a picturesque water body where you can take a moment to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. MSR Water Supply will also be on your way, ensuring you have access to fresh water during your adventure.

For those interested in a more challenging trek, Dinkey Peak is located 0.54 km from the start of the trail and offers a rewarding climb with stunning views at the top. The First Lake Overlook, situated 1.24 km into the hike, provides a breathtaking vista of the surrounding landscape and is a perfect spot for a rest break.
