This hiking route will take you through the picturesque area surrounding Burgamendi. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of approximately 14.982 kilometers and an elevation gain of 701 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will challenge even seasoned hikers.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find parking facilities for convenient access. As you continue, you may encounter the Zelai Zabal restaurant, where you can refuel and take a break.

Along the trail, you will also come across informative stops such as the SL-GI 3001 and Artzaintza Naturbidea information points, providing insights into the local area. Additionally, there are viewpoints like Zuhaitz Motzak Iraganean and Burgamendi peak where you can take in stunning panoramic views.

For a unique experience, you can explore the Iritegi cave entrance, located at a distance of 0.88 kilometers from the start of the trail. Don't forget to visit the Oficina de turismo (Tourist Office) for any additional information or assistance before embarking on your hike.

Remember to bring an ample water supply, snacks, and proper hiking gear as this route is challenging.
