This hiking route at Étang de Cernay is a super easy out-and-back trail with a total distance of 1.382 kilometers and no elevation gain. The trail starts at the parking area near Paking du Petit Moulin. As you begin your hike, you'll come across the Étang de Cernay, a beautiful water feature located 0.69 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at the 0.48 kilometer mark, you'll find historic ruins to explore.
As you continue on, you'll pass by the Cascades des Vaux de Cernay, a stunning waterfall located 0.27 kilometers from the start. Along the way, you'll also come across the Monument Pelouse, a memorial located 0.49 kilometers from the start.
