This extremely difficult 13.18-kilometer circular hiking route, known as the Sentier du Col de Lurdé, offers stunning views and challenging terrain in the beautiful natural area. The trail begins at Hôtel Richelieu and immediately takes hikers past a convenient parking area. As you progress along the route, you will encounter a refreshing water source approximately 6.32 kilometers from the start, followed by the picturesque Pas de Brèque saddle at 5.92 kilometers.
Further along the trail, adventurous hikers can explore the non-trail peak of Pic de Gourzy, located at around 6.11 kilometers. The Source de Québotte spring at 4.57 kilometers provides a perfect spot to rest and refuel before continuing on the challenging path.
