This hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with stunning views and historical points of interest. The trail is 10.562 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 914 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge your endurance.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the route. As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by the Château de Bielle, a historic castle located nearby. Although not directly on the trail, the castle is worth a visit if you have the time.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Plaa Dou Soum, a peak with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break, refuel, and take in the scenery before continuing on your journey.
As you head back towards the starting point, you will come across a wayside cross known as Calvaire, adding a touch of history to your hike. You will also pass by a fountain and a memorial, offering insight into the local culture and heritage.
