This hiking route is located in a picturesque area with stunning viewpoints and cultural attractions. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 7.47 kilometers and an elevation gain of 399 meters, making it a difficult hike that requires some level of fitness.
As you start your journey, you will pass by several parking areas including "Parqueo", "Parqueo Público", and "Parqueo", offering convenient access to the trailhead. Around 1.59 kilometers into the hike, you will come across an artwork known as "Art Gallery" followed by a bench for a short rest at 1.83 kilometers.
As you continue onward, the trail will lead you to "Mirador Cerro Kaqasiiwaan" at 2.61 kilometers, providing a breathtaking viewpoint of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, you will also find a historic "Wayside Cross" to explore.
For sustenance along the way, there are various restaurant options such as "Restaurante Cristalinas", "Restaurant Fé", "Comedor Dorka", and more within close proximity to the trail. These can be great spots to refuel and rest before continuing your hike.
