This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area filled with stunning viewpoints and recreational spots. The trail spans a distance of 10.87 kilometers with an elevation gain of 568 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
Starting off, you'll encounter various parking areas like Parqueo and Parqueo Público, perfect for leaving your vehicle before embarking on the journey. As you progress along the trail, you'll come across the Art Gallery and Diego Ixtamer Art Gallery, showcasing local artwork and culture.
Midway through the hike, at around 2.61 kilometers, you'll reach the Mirador Cerro Kaqasiiwaan, a scenic viewpoint offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further along, you'll pass by the wayside cross, a historic monument that adds an interesting element to the hike.
