This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Lago Bagattoli. The trail is 2.479 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 35.0 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The total duration of the hike is approximately 39 minutes and 40 seconds.

As you start your journey, you will come across a wayside shrine located 0.95 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, at the 0.48 kilometer mark, you will encounter natural rock formations that add to the scenic beauty of the area.

At the midway point of the hike, approximately 1.24 kilometers from the start, you will find both Lago Bagattoli and Oasi Lago Bagattoli 2.0, a restaurant where you can refuel and take in the stunning views of the lake. This makes for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a break before heading back.

Additionally, there are parking options available at the beginning of the trail with no fees required. A picnic site is also located along the trail, allowing hikers to pause and have a meal surrounded by nature. For those interested in history, the ruins of Calchera are situated 1.02 kilometers from the start, offering a glimpse into the area's past.
