This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Cima Verde. The trail spans a distance of 6.183 kilometers with an elevation gain of 530 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on your hike. Along the way, about 3.09 kilometers into the route, you will reach the stunning peak known as Cima Verde. This point offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, making it a perfect spot to take in the scenery and snap some photos.
Approximately 0.08 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a lovely picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy some snacks while soaking in the natural beauty around you. Additionally, at 1.11 kilometers into the hike, there is an information point where you can learn more about the area and its history. Further along the trail, about 3.06 kilometers in, you will find another information point near Cima Verde, providing more insight into the surroundings.
Before reaching your starting point, at a distance of 0.11 kilometers, you will pass by a BBQ area where you can have a cookout and refuel before continuing your journey. Lastly, right at the beginning of the trail, you will notice a wayside cross, a historic landmark that adds cultural significance to your hike.
