This challenging hiking route will take you through the stunning landscapes of Mount Olympus National Park. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 10.294 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1118 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area, followed by the Prionia 1100 restaurant, where you can enjoy a meal before embarking on your hike. Along the trail, you will find drinking water stations, with the first one located 0.03 kilometers from the start and another at the 5.11 kilometer mark.

One of the highlights of the hike is the Καταφύγιο Α' "Σπήλιος Αγαπητός" alpine hut, located at the 5.15 kilometer mark. This hut offers accommodation and is a great resting spot for hikers. Additionally, you will come across benches and information points scattered along the trail, providing you with opportunities to rest and learn more about the area.

As you near the end of the hike, you will encounter a campsite at the 5.12 kilometer mark, offering a place to rest before your return journey. Don't forget to check out the waterfalls viewpoint at the 0.25 kilometer mark for a breathtaking sight.
