This challenging hiking route takes you through the stunning landscapes of Mount Olympus National Park. The trail is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 10.869 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1014 meters, making it a difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. About 0.04 kilometers in, you will find the Prionia 1100 restaurant, a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat before continuing on your adventure. Along the route, you will encounter a water source at approximately 0.06 kilometers from the start, ideal for filling up your water bottle.
About midway through the hike, at 5.43 kilometers from the start, you will reach Λιβαδάκι, an alpine hut where you can take a rest and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings.
