This challenging 10.204-kilometer circular hiking route to Becco Nero offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the Memorial Marco Pantani, a historic landmark located right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you'll reach Colle Fauniera, a scenic saddle point just 0.01 kilometers from the start.
As you progress further, you'll encounter the ruins of Opera Vallo Alpino at around 3.58 kilometers into the hike. Make sure to take a moment to explore these historic remnants of the past.
Midway through the hike, you'll come across Colle Valcavera, another beautiful saddle point, situated approximately 1.95 kilometers from the start.
Towards the end of the route, at 4.93 kilometers, hikers will reach Becco Nero, a natural peak and a perfect spot to take in the breathtaking views of the surroundings. Additionally, there are viewpoints along the way where you can pause and appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
