This extremely difficult hiking route takes you on a 12.832-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1394 meters, estimated to take around 6 hours and 27 minutes to complete.
Starting in a picturesque area, you will begin your adventure at the parking area, located right at the trailhead. As you make your way along the trail, approximately 0.16 kilometers from the start, you will come across a bench where you can take a quick break before continuing on your journey.
As you trek further, at around 1.3 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Tomleg picnic site, a perfect spot to stop and refuel while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Continuing on, at 2.94 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Schlernbödele Hütte (Rifugio Malghetta Sciliar), an alpine hut where you can rest and take in the breathtaking views.
