This hiking route, known as Chemin des Oiseaux, is located in a beautiful area with historic ruins and natural features to explore. The trail is 13.819 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1194 meters, making it extremely difficult and suitable for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across several historic ruins along the way, such as the ruins located 1.56 kilometers from the start and another set of ruins at 1.6 kilometers. These provide a fascinating glimpse into the area's past. You will also encounter a Via Ferrata at the beginning of the trail, perfect for those seeking an extra adventure.
Around the midway point of the hike, at 4.33 kilometers from the start, you will find a water feature, as well as another one at 4.24 kilometers, great for a refreshing break. Further along the trail, at 4.58 kilometers, there is a viewpoint offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Towards the end of the hike, at 6.91 kilometers from the start, there is another viewpoint where you can take in the beauty of the area before heading back.
