This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you from the starting point at Fond de France to the stunning Cabane du Lac Carré and onward to the majestic Pic de la Belle Étoile via the Face Sud.
The trail spans a distance of 9.5 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1011 meters, making it a difficult trek suited for experienced hikers. Throughout the journey, you'll be able to admire the natural beauty of the area, with several points of interest along the way.
