This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through the stunning area around Tunnel du Grand-Saint-Bernard. The 32.426-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 1471 meters offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for avid hikers.
As you start your journey, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find a parking area with wheelchair-accessible facilities. Further along, approximately 7.74 kilometers into the hike, you'll pass by Moulin de Valsorey, an attraction worth exploring.
Midway through the hike, at around 10.53 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter Barage des Toules and Barage de Toules, offering picturesque views and a perfect spot to take a break. As you continue, you'll also come across Cabane du Plan du Jeu, where you can rest and enjoy the alpine hut.
