Located in the stunning alpine region, this moderate 4.477-kilometer hike to Pointe de Drône offers breathtaking views and a chance to explore the natural beauty of the area.
Starting at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the iconic Hospice du Grand Saint-Bernard, a charming alpine hut located right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, you'll come across a cozy cafe and the Hôtel de l'Hospice, perfect for a quick snack or meal around the 0.04-kilometer mark.
Around midway through the hike, you'll find a couple of water sources to replenish your supplies before reaching the parking areas at various points along the trail. An interesting spot to visit is the Col du Grand Saint-Bernard, a saddle with historical significance situated around 0.04 kilometers from the start.
