This extremely difficult 13.327-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area around Lago Bozzo. The hike has an elevation gain of 406 meters and is estimated to take around 4 hours and 5 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll come across the Info Point at the very beginning of the trail. Further along, you'll pass by the Duomo di San Moderanno, a beautiful attraction just 0.16 kilometers from the start. The trail will also lead you to the Castello di Berceto, a historic castle located 0.25 kilometers from the starting point. As you continue, you'll encounter the beautiful Lago Bozzo itself, with the northern part of the lake located 6.08 kilometers from the start and the southern part 6.19 kilometers away.
Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to visit Piazzale S. Giovanni Bosco, a parking area at the trailhead, and Poggio di Berceto, an informative spot 0.92 kilometers from the start. Make sure to stay hydrated as you pass by drinking water spots such as the one 0.19 kilometers from the start.
