This extremely difficult 18.092 km circular hiking route, known as E4, offers a challenging adventure through a beautiful area. The trail starts at a parking area and winds through lush forests, rocky terrain, and stunning vistas.

Along the way, hikers will encounter various points of interest. Approximately 2.71 km from the start, you'll find the information point of Ag. Ioannis-Trochalo (Litochorou) where you can learn about the area. At 6.79 km from the start, there is a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

As you continue on the trail, you'll come across the cave entrance of Agiou Dionysiou at 8.11 km from the start, followed by the ruins of St. Dionysios at 8.79 km. A bit further along, at 8.79 km, you'll find a historic restaurant where you can refuel.

For nature lovers, there is a waterfall at 8.79 km, and the peak of Golna at 3.6 km offers breathtaking views. Additionally, at 8.05 km from the start, you'll discover the Holy Spring of St. Dionysios, a serene spot to rest and rejuvenate.
