Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by L'Estagnol, a water feature located around 1.82 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at a distance of 5.72 kilometers, you will encounter the Pyramide de Lierbès, a peak that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

As you continue on your journey, you will come across the Cascade des Escaliers, a waterfall located at the beginning of the hike. At the midway point, around 5.1 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Crête de La Lhasse, a saddle that marks a significant point in the route.

For those seeking overnight accommodation, the Cabane de la Jasse de Mourguillou ou de l'Étang de Comte is located approximately 1.76 kilometers off the trail.

Towards the end of the hike, at a distance of 7.07 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Pic de la Coumette, followed by the Sommet de la Gadine at around 8.99 kilometers. The Sommet de la Gadine offers a rewarding panoramic view as the final destination of the route.
