As you embark on your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find the Discover Milford Sound Information Centre & Café, where you can gather useful information about the area. Further along, you'll encounter benches and viewpoints, such as the one at 1.39 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.

For a refreshing break, stop by Milford Shore Walk and refill your water bottle at the drinking water station located 1.27 kilometers into the hike. As you make your way back, be sure to visit the iconic Milford Sound viewpoint, situated at the end of the trail.
