Located in the Hautacam Argeles-Gazost area, the hike on the Lau Balagnas - Chemin des Berges du Gave trail is a super easy circular route covering a distance of approximately 1.987 kilometers with no elevation gain.

Starting off the trail, you will find convenient parking areas nearby. As you venture further, at around 0.09 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a water source. Continuing along the trail, at 0.61 kilometers, there is another water source conveniently located on the trail. As you reach the 0.81 kilometer mark, you will find another water source.

Around midway through the hike, at 0.93 kilometers, there is an attraction, "La Truite des Pyrénées," which you may find interesting to explore. Additionally, there is a farm, "La Truite des Pyrénées," located near the trail for you to visit.

Towards the end of the hike, at 0.93 kilometers, you will find a wooden bench named "Banc de bois" where you can take a break and enjoy a scenic view.
