The trail starts at the parking area near Bassa de Tregurà, a picturesque natural water feature just 4.78 kilometers from the beginning. As you make your way through the challenging terrain, be sure to stop by the Font del Vivé spring for a refreshing break only 0.01 kilometers into the hike.

Along the way, you'll come across several information points providing insight into the surroundings, such as R102 Setcases-Pont Vell and R101 Tregurà-Veïnat de Dalt. These points are placed strategically to enhance your understanding of the area's history and geography.
