Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey towards the trail. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. Around 3.76 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a stunning waterfall, offering a refreshing and picturesque spot to rest and take in the natural beauty.

As you continue on, at the 5.31 kilometer mark, you will reach 'Le Jacquier', an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic views. This is a great spot to refuel and recharge before heading back on the trail.

Throughout the hike, there are also other amenities such as 'Mafate Welcome' bar and multiple camping sites that offer opportunities for overnight stays if you wish to extend your adventure.
