This hiking route will take you through the beautiful alpine scenery of Mayerlehenhütte. The trail is 3.455 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 176 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking area, you will first come across a historic wayside shrine located 0.36 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue onwards, you will pass by a bench for a quick rest stop before reaching the Grubenbachhütte at 1.66 kilometers from the start. This alpine hut offers a cozy place to relax and grab a snack.

Further along the trail at 1.65 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Hinterleitnhütte where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Finally, at 1.73 kilometers from the start, you will arrive at the Mayerlehenhütte, your destination for this out-and-back hike.
