This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views. The trail is 4.328 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 354 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area just 0.04 kilometers into the hike. About 0.8 kilometers in, you'll find a natural water source for refilling your water bottles. As you continue on, at the 2.14 kilometer mark, you'll reach the Trautenstattalm, where you can rest and grab a bite to eat at the alpine hut.
Around the midway point of the hike, at 2.16 kilometers, you'll reach the Zillhütte, another alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Along the trail, there are several information points scattered, giving you insights into the area's history and wildlife.
