Welcome to the hiking route to Dlhý vodopád! This moderate 6.069 km circular trail offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
Starting at Starý Smokovec, you will have the opportunity to explore the area around the ground cable car. As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by Hrebienok, a peak located 2.21 km from the start. While not directly on the trail, Burger & Pizza Váňa is a fast-food spot conveniently located at the beginning of the route.
Further along the trail, at around 2.4 km from the start, you'll reach Bílikova chata, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. As you continue your hike, you will come across the beautiful Dlhý vodopád waterfall at 2.98 km from the start. Take your time to admire the picturesque surroundings before heading back.
Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter various viewpoints, information points, and historic memorials that provide insight into the region's natural and cultural heritage.
