This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Refugi Sant Jordi. The trail is 8.034 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 620.0 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will start and finish at Refugi Sant Jordi.
Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Pàrquing els empedrats, a parking area where you can leave your vehicle. As you continue on, you will pass by Font Nostra, a spring located just 0.03 kilometers from the start.
Further into the hike, at around 1.08 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point, followed by Font Gran d'Escriu, another spring at 2.96 kilometers from the start. The trail also leads you to Salt dels Empedrats, a waterfall located 1.37 kilometers from the start.
For those looking to extend their hike, there are two alpine huts along the trail: l'Hostalet - Refugi Vents del Cadí and Refugi Sant Jordi. These huts provide a place to rest and recharge before continuing on your journey.
