This hiking route will take you through a challenging but rewarding 13.582-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1008 meters. The route is classified as extremely difficult due to its length and elevation gain, so make sure you are well-prepared before setting out.

You will start your hike at the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across various points of interest. About 6.79 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Refugi de Cortals de l'Ingla, an alpine hut where you can take a rest and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Continuing on, at around 4.56 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Coll de Vimboca, a beautiful saddle point along the trail. Further along the route, you may also come across the Salt del Bastareny waterfall, located just 0.02 kilometers from the trail.

Throughout the hike, be sure to stay hydrated and bring enough water with you, as well as snacks to keep your energy levels up. It's also a good idea to check the weather forecast before heading out, as conditions can change quickly in the mountains.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point. Take your time, enjoy the scenery, and make sure to leave no trace behind. This challenging hike will test your endurance but reward you with breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishment at the end.
