This hiking route will take you to the stunning Punta Ostanetta area, offering breathtaking views and a challenging adventure. The route is 8.694 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 773 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 3 hours and 56 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Rucas information point, which is just 0.07 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great spot to gather some insights about the area before continuing your hike. Along the way, you will reach La Brecca saddle at 4.11 kilometers, offering a peaceful rest stop and a chance to take in the surrounding natural beauty.

Midway through the hike, at 2.31 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Colle Ciapè, a picturesque saddle adding to the charm of the trail. As you push forward, at 3.87 kilometers, you will reach the majestic Punta Rumella peak, providing panoramic views that are worth the climb.

Finally, after 4.35 kilometers, you will arrive at Punta Ostanetta, the destination of this out-and-back route. From here, you can enjoy the stunning views and take in the beauty of the surroundings before heading back.
