This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a challenging 12.382-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 929 meters to explore the stunning area around Lago della Pellegrina.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the hike, you will come across "Sentiero per rif.Alpetto," an information point to guide you towards Rifugio Alpetto. As you continue on the trail, you will encounter a drinking water point located closer to the start for your convenience.

Midway through the hike, at around 3.45 kilometers from the start, you will reach the impressive "Gruppo dell'Alpetto" saddle, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Nearby, you can also visit the viewpoints at 2.12 kilometers and 3.33 kilometers from the start, providing a perfect opportunity to take in the beauty of the area.

Towards the end of the route, approximately at 4.34 kilometers from the start, you will find Rifugio Alpetto, where you can rest and refuel before continuing your journey. Finally, at 6.19 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the tranquil waters of Lago delle Sagnette and Lago di Alpetto, adding a serene touch to your hiking experience.
