Welcome to the Variante Paipo hiking route! This moderate 3.9 km out-and-back trail offers beautiful views and interesting points of interest along the way.

Starting at the trailhead, you will make your way through lush vegetation and gentle inclines. About 0.34 km into the hike, you will come across a natural water source where you can refill your water bottles.

As you continue on, at around 0.9 km mark, you will find a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Further along the trail, at 1.17 km, there is a viewpoint where you can pause to take in panoramic views of the area.

At approximately 1.63 km into the hike, you will reach Casa di Ulisse, a cafe where you can grab a quick bite to eat before continuing on. Just a bit further at 1.76 km, there is a picnic site where you can have a leisurely lunch.

Towards the midpoint of the trail, at 1.96 km, you will find a beach called Gavitella beach. Take some time to relax by the seaside before heading back.

On the return journey, make sure to stop at the bench at 1.96 km for one last rest before reaching the trailhead.

With an elevation gain of 443 meters, this hike offers a moderate challenge suitable for hikers of varying experience levels. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
