Located in the beautiful Făgăraș Mountains, this hiking route to Călțun offers a challenging but rewarding adventure for experienced hikers. The 15.56 km trail with an elevation gain of 1497 meters is classified as extremely difficult and is estimated to take about 7 hours and 20 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. At about 7.59 km from the start, you'll reach the peak of Lespezi, providing a breathtaking vantage point for a well-deserved break. Nearby, at 7.78 km, you'll find the peak of Călțun, adding to the allure of this challenging hike.
