The trail spans a distance of 10.055 kilometers with an elevation gain of 774 meters, making it a difficult endeavor that will take approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete.

As you embark on this journey, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will come across the Chaltwassersee, a scenic water feature that is just under 5 kilometers from the starting point. This peaceful lake provides a tranquil spot to rest and take in the surrounding natural beauty.

As you continue your ascent, you will also pass by the Bocchetta di Aurona, a saddle point located at the 4.76-kilometer mark. This vantage point offers stunning views of the Monte Leone region, making it a perfect spot for a photo opportunity.

Midway through the hike, you will reach the Kaltwasserpass saddle, located 4.22 kilometers from the start. This picturesque location provides a unique perspective of the landscape and a chance to catch your breath before continuing on.
